45vip Terms and Conditions – User Rules and Rights

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the 45vip (the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using any 45vip feature — including Sports Betting, live casino, slots, roulette, blackjack, progressive jackpot, and any other available mode — you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these conditions.

Acceptance of these terms takes place when you check the confirmation box during the registration process. This constitutes a valid expression of intent under Brazilian law. If you use the platform without completing the formal registration process (for example, browsing as a guest), your use of the services alone implies acceptance of the conditions applicable to visitors described in this document.

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy of 45vip and with the specific rules of each promotion, bonus, or tournament, which may include additional conditions. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific conditions of a promotion, the specific conditions of that promotion take precedence for that particular situation.

To create an account at 45vip and use the platform's services, users must:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Hold a bank account, digital wallet, or Pix key registered in your own name and CPF;
• Not be on a responsible gambling or self-exclusion restriction list on any platform associated with 45vip;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a 45vip employee.

Each user is entitled to one account only at 45vip. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent betting limits, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances. Duplicate accounts detected by 45vip's security system will be closed immediately.

The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 45vip is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user, including failed withdrawal processing to incorrect Pix keys or keys that do not match the registered CPF.

45vip follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as an essential part of its security and regulatory compliance policy. Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved and may be requested at other times at the platform's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, driver's license, or valid passport);
• CPF (which may appear printed on your RG or driver's license);
• Recent proof of address (utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, or a bank statement from the last 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key used for the withdrawal.

45vip commits to completing KYC verifications within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. While verification is in progress, withdrawals are temporarily suspended, but the balance remains available for betting. Once KYC is approved, subsequent withdrawals are released automatically with no need for re-verification, except in cases of data updates or unusual account activity.

45vip accepts the following deposit methods, all processed exclusively in BRL:

• Pix — minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, credited immediately upon bank confirmation;
• Boleto Bancário — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, processing time of 1 to 2 business days, boleto valid for 3 calendar days;
• Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo cards accepted, minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, credited immediately, installment payments not available;
• Debit Card — same card brands as credit, minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, instant credit;
• PicPay — minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, instant credit;
• Mercado Pago — minimum deposit of R$ 10.00, instant credit, wallet balance accepted.

45vip does not charge fees on deposits. Any banking fees charged by the user's financial institution (such as TED transfer fees at traditional banks) are the sole responsibility of the user. The balance becomes available for betting immediately after the deposit is confirmed by the financial institution.

Deposits must be made from bank accounts or payment methods registered under the same CPF used to sign up at 45vip. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the sender upon identification, and may result in a temporary account suspension pending investigation.

45vip processes withdrawals exclusively to Pix accounts or keys registered under the same CPF holder as the one on the platform. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

The primary and recommended withdrawal method is the Pix, with automatic processing within 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount via Pix is R$ 20.00. For larger withdrawals, 45vip also offers TED bank transfer, processed within 1 business day during standard banking hours.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Account with verified and approved KYC;
• Pix key or bank account registered under the same CPF used at sign-up;
• Balance available for withdrawal (bonus balance still subject to rollover cannot be withdrawn);
• No pending bets covering the requested balance amount;
• Compliance with the requirements of any active promotion on the account.

45vip charges no fees on Pix withdrawals. The full requested amount is transferred directly to the user's account. 45vip reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 20,000.00 as a standard security measure, which does not constitute improper withholding of funds.

45vip periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which take precedence over the general conditions in this section for that promotion.

General rules applicable to all 45vip bonuses:

• Rollover: every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus balance or any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is described in the corresponding promotion's terms;
• Timeframe: bonuses have an expiration date. Unused bonuses or unmet rollover requirements within the deadline result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Game contribution: Sports Betting, slots, roulette, blackjack, and crash games each contribute at different percentages toward rollover completion. Progressive jackpot slots typically contribute at a reduced rate (20% to 30%); specific percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms;
• One promotion at a time: unless expressly stated otherwise, each user may participate in only one promotion at a time;
• Abuse prohibition: any attempt to artificially meet rollover requirements — such as betting on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts or patterns clearly identified as bonus abuse — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

45vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that changes are communicated with reasonable advance notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and actively in a rollover process will not be affected by retroactive promotion cancellations.

45vip offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, state championships, and international leagues), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, and other sports available on the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are finalized at the moment the user confirms them. Cancellations after confirmation are not permitted, except in cases of a clear odds error on the part of 45vip;
• Odds may change at any time before the user confirms the bet. Once confirmed, odds are locked in regardless of any subsequent changes;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, bets are refunded to the user's balance within 24 hours. Events postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time are treated as cancelled for betting purposes;
• In accumulator bets, any cancelled event is replaced by odds of 1.00 when calculating the final result;
• 45vip reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user, without prior justification;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are not valid, except for live betting markets expressly available on the platform.

In the event of a dispute over a bet result, 45vip's decision is final after reviewing official event sources. Users may contest results within 72 hours of bet settlement by contacting customer support.

All casino games available on 45vip — including live roulette, blackjack, slots, progressive jackpot, and crash games — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent audits. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game interface.

The following specific rules apply to the progressive jackpot:

• The jackpot is built from a percentage of every bet placed on eligible slots within the 45vip progressive network;
• Eligibility for the Mega and Major levels requires the minimum bet indicated in each game (typically R$ 5.00 to R$ 10.00 per spin);
• The jackpot is awarded in full to the winner, with no split in the event of simultaneous triggers (in the event of a technical dispute, 45vip will investigate and pay the prize to the first valid entry identified by the server);
• Jackpot winnings are credited to the account balance immediately upon confirmation and may be withdrawn via Pix or TED, subject to additional identity verification for large amounts.

45vip does not guarantee winnings on any casino game. All outcomes are determined by RNG, and no external system, strategy, or technique can reliably influence results. Playing at the casino always carries the risk of financial loss.

Use of 45vip services must always comply with the platform's rules and applicable Brazilian law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in bonuses or promotions;
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Any form of money laundering, including using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Attempted fraud in financial transactions, unwarranted chargebacks on credit or debit cards after using the balance for betting;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or using third-party credentials to create an account or carry out transactions;
• Any form of hacking, bug exploitation, or attempt to compromise the technical integrity of the platform;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward 45vip customer support staff.

45vip actively monitors suspicious usage patterns. The identification of any of the above conduct may result in immediate account suspension, a hold on pending withdrawals during investigation, and, if the irregularity is confirmed, permanent account closure with forfeiture of bonus balances and any winnings obtained irregularly.

At the user's request: you may request closure of your 45vip account at any time via live chat or the support email. Your available balance (excluding bonus funds with a pending rollover) will be processed for withdrawal via Pix before the account is closed. The deadline to process the final balance and close the account is up to 5 business days after the request is submitted.

At 45vip's discretion: the platform reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Account found to belong to a user under 18 years of age;
• Use of unauthorized software or confirmed bonus abuse practices.

In the event of closure due to a violation of these terms, 45vip may retain bonus balances and winnings associated with irregular activity. Balances from the user's own deposits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on the severity of the violation and the decision of the platform's compliance department.

• Deposit limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour waiting period to protect against impulsive decisions;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per period. Once the limit is reached, new bets are automatically blocked until the next cycle;
• Session limit: set a maximum play time per session. 45vip sends alerts as you approach the limit and automatically ends the session when it is reached;
• Temporary self-exclusion: request a break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During this period, login is blocked and no promotional communications will be sent;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of reversal. Any available balance is processed before the account is closed.

45vip strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age. If you suspect that a minor is using your login credentials, contact support immediately to have the account blocked and the situation investigated.

The processing of personal data by 45vip is governed by the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

In summary, 45vip collects and processes your data to:

• Perform the service agreement (registration, transactions, bets);
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (KYC, anti-money laundering);
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud;
• Send account-related communications and, with your consent, promotional communications.

You have the right to access, correct, request deletion, or request portability of your personal data at any time, as provided under the LGPD. To exercise these rights, contact us via the platform's support email. 45vip responds to LGPD rights requests within 15 business days.

45vip is not liable for financial losses resulting from Sports Betting or casino games. The platform's services are offered as entertainment and carry an inherent risk of losing wagered funds.

45vip is also not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from temporary technical failures, internet outages, or unavailability of third-party services (such as Banco Central Pix system failures or game provider outages);
• Actions by unauthorized third parties who access the user's account due to the user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials;
• Betting decisions made based on information from external sources not controlled by 45vip;
• Any taxes or levies that may be owed by the user on winnings obtained on the platform are the sole responsibility of the user under Brazilian tax law.

45vip's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by the user and available in the account at the time of the event giving rise to the dispute, excluding any bonus balances.

45vip reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, users will be notified at least 15 days in advance via their registered email and through a notice on the platform. Minor changes, such as text corrections or formatting adjustments with no material impact on the conditions, may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you must close your account before they take effect, following the process described in Section 10.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
